I'm moving to my own apartment!

Well, not yet, but by the end of the month, I'll be away from my 2 roommates whom I have lived with for about 4 years. They went away to Vegas for a weekend recently and I had the house to myself.. I gotta say that I loved it. I was thinking of moving for about 6 months but I never actually told them or even seriously looked around to get out of this place until now. I find it so true that it takes a something to happen to make someone go up and beyond their typical behavior.. in my case, living with roommates I dont really care for and find fairly akward living with and then finally being pushed enough to actually make the move. You have no idea how happy it makes me knowing I don't have to hear girls moaning through my thin bedroom walls. That's really the last thing a completely single guy wants to hear on a friday night when he stayed home and worked all night. Then, the next day having some other dbag come over and going through the whole mess all over again, and dealing with this on a weekly basis for a year gets really annoying on so many levels. I'll be paying almost double my current rent but I hope being closer to work will save a little bit. Also, i'll have an extra hour of non-commute time that I can be home or out and about doing things. Of course, being in MY OWN place will be the topping of the cake. Can't go wrong with that.
